These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by VentaHaz Hub. By booking any service, you agree to the following terms.
VentaHaz Hub offers a variety of freelance services, including but not limited to:
Home & Care Services (e.g. plant care, cat sitting, wardrobe clear-outs)
Digital Declutter & Admin Help
Business Support & Finance Tools
Strategy & Starter Services for entrepreneurs
Full service descriptions, pricing, and availability are outlined on the service pages. Custom requests may be accommodated at my discretion.
All services are by appointment only.
Bookings are confirmed once agreed by both parties via email, message, or form.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
No-shows without prior notice may be charged full price.
Payment is due on or before the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted methods: bank transfer, PayPal, or other as agreed.
Invoicing is available for regular clients or businesses.
Late payments may result in interest charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act (1998).
For home-based services, the client must ensure safe and appropriate access to the premises.
You agree to provide accurate information relevant to your service (e.g. pet routines, digital logins, access times).
For plant and pet care, emergency contact details must be supplied in case of unexpected issues.
While I strive for the highest quality service:
Outcomes are not guaranteed, especially when dealing with living things (e.g. plants, pets). Some may be beyond recovery despite best efforts.
I will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage or for failure of results caused by environmental conditions or lack of client follow-up.
When dealing with business, bookkeeping, or financial materials, my services are strictly organizational and administrative. I am not a financial advisor, and no financial advice is provided. I will not be held responsible for any financial loss, mismanagement, or bankruptcy resulting from decisions made by the client. Clients retain full responsibility for their financial affairs.
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Access to digital files, financials, or business materials is restricted to agreed purposes only.
I reserve the right to refuse any work that:
Presents a risk to personal safety (e.g., unsafe environment)
Is outside my professional scope or expertise
If a safety issue arises during service delivery, I will contact the client immediately to determine how to proceed.
We are not liable for any losses, damage, or delays caused by external circumstances beyond our control (e.g., travel disruptions, third-party services).
Any templates, spreadsheets, or digital resources created by VentaHaz Hub remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients are granted usage rights for personal or internal business use only.
VentaHaz Hub may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes where applicable.
